According to a recent report, Meghan Markle is on a mission to establish a connection with the iconic Pretty Woman star, with hopes of collaborating on a future project. An insider revealed to Star Magazine, “While they’ve only crossed paths a few times, Meghan is determined to forge a closer bond with Julia, with the goal of teaming up on something.”
The insider added, “The ideal scenario would involve them collaborating on fashion and wellness initiatives. Meghan has also ventured into production, so finding a project to involve Julia in would be a dream.”
Interestingly, the source also mentioned that although Meghan Markle had previously expressed her disinterest in returning to acting, Julia Roberts is the one person who could potentially persuade her to reconsider.
Meghan’s admiration for Roberts has been evident in the past when she listed 10 women who had a significant impact on her life. She reminisced, “She was the first person I saw on screen and thought, ‘That looks like so much fun; I wanna do that.'”
Meghan even shared a delightful memory, saying, “When I was younger, someone once told me, ‘You kind of look like Julia Roberts in profile.’ It was the best compliment of all time.” Julia Roberts responded to Meghan’s comment by saying, “I am just going to be floating on that all night!”
